About Me
You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. My role is to offer that space with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I’m a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with a Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychological Studies, and I’ve spent years walking alongside individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, addiction, and the many transitions life brings.
I bring not only clinical training, but a full, lived life. I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, business owner, MBA, CPA, Air Force veteran, author, gardener, farmer, animal lover, foodie, and holistic health enthusiast. These experiences have shaped the way I understand resilience, identity, purpose, and the complexity of being human. I show up as a real person—grounded, present, and fully engaged.

My approach is integrative and whole‑person. I honor the mind–body connection, the role of faith and values, and the importance of practical, evidence‑based tools. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, uncover what’s been weighing you down, and build the clarity and confidence you need to move forward. Sometimes we all need someone steady, caring, and non‑judgmental to help us reconnect with who we truly are.

What to Expect in Our First Session
Our work begins with genuine curiosity. I want to understand you—your story, your stressors, your hopes, and what brings you into therapy right now. I’ll ask thoughtful, guided questions to help you articulate what’s been happening beneath the surface. This helps us identify the root causes of your distress and begin shaping a treatment plan that feels meaningful, effective, and tailored to your life.

My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling understood, supported, and already on the path toward relief and healing. I’m ready to walk this journey with you. When you’re ready, take the first step.
